Privacy and file handling
This page explains how RejectFix handles files uploaded for invoice diagnostics.
What we process
We process the UBL 2.1 XML file you upload, the diagnostic findings, and a temporary session identifier needed to show your report and (when eligible) prepare a repaired export.
Temporary retention
Session data and the repaired XML are stored temporarily for up to 30 minutes so the workflow can survive a page redirect and serverless requests. Expired sessions are removed automatically. We do not intend this temporary store as an archive or document-management system.
What you should upload
Upload only invoices and business data you are authorized to process. Avoid uploading documents containing unrelated personal or confidential information.
Payments
When paid repair is enabled, payment details are handled by the selected payment provider. RejectFix does not receive or store full card numbers.
Questions
