Rules and checks we implement

RejectFix runs a defined subset of UBL, EN 16931 and Peppol-inspired checks. This list describes our current implementation; it is not the official OpenPeppol Schematron.

Passing these checks does not guarantee acceptance by an Access Point or counterparty. RejectFix does not send invoices to the Peppol network.

Blocking checks

BR-02–BR-07: invoice identifiers, date, type, currency and legal names
BR-16: at least one invoice line
RFX-EA-01 / RFX-EA-02: supplier and customer EndpointID
RFX-TAX-01 / RFX-MON-01: tax and monetary totals
PEPPOL-EN16931-R010 / R020: electronic address scheme checks
BR-CO-09, BR-CO-10, BR-CO-13, BR-CO-15, BR-CO-16, BR-CO-25: calculation and code consistency
BR-CL-06, BR-CL-14: date and country-code formats
BR-31, BR-49, BR-DEC-19: additional invoice consistency checks

Non-blocking warnings

CLEAN-001: invisible or zero-width characters
CLEAN-002: untrimmed whitespace in identifier fields
CLEAN-004: redundant namespace declarations

For an official validation result, also use your Access Point or an official Schematron validator.
